it can be difficult to do but it’s so very important.  all negative actions or words begin with negative thoughts.
watch yourself.  first just for a minute or two.  generate love, compassion and kindness.  
set yourself a goal each day; aim to build on thirty minutes to an our every day and notice the differences that positive thoughts have on your life.
use your breath if things get tough.  long deep, full belly breaths to calm the body and mind.
the more happy, compassionate people that live on the planet, the happier the planet will be.
